Art ceramic handcraft tiles: a potential decorative environmental protection product
Abstract
Art ceramic handcraft tiles are a traditional and ancient decorative architectural material. This study examined the production process, aesthetic communication, and material composition of ceramic handcrafted tiles in Jingdezhen. To investigate the technical challenges of ceramic handcrafted tiles during manufacture, the visual representation in design, and the material constraints during usage. Investigate the decorative materials of artistic ceramic handicraft tiles utilized in architecture as a potential environmental protection product and establish design principles through data analysis. It offers more creative opportunities for the design of decorative materials. Examining ceramic handcrafted tiles offers a significant reference for the ceramic creative industry.
