Three hundred thirty-seven hemodialysis patients were involved in this study, which reported the acceptance of illness was moderate and was lowest among the males. The Quality of life was good and supported by the emotional well-being, dialysis staff encouragement, social support, and the acceptance of illness. Multidisciplinary intervention should be targeted to address the physical status and disease-specific core aiming to reduce further health complications and improve Quality of life.

Keywords: acceptance to illness; quality of life; hemodialysis, end-stage renal disease patients

eISSN: 2398-4287 © 2022.
