Abstract

The concept of "circle" holds great significance for the Chinese, symbolizing harmonious unity and the seamless integration of elements. This idea reflects the ancient Chinese emphasis on sustainable development and their forward-thinking perspective. However, maintaining cultural integrity and relevance in modern logo design while ensuring efficiency and aesthetic appeal presents a significant challenge. This study aims to integrate traditional Chinese "circle" culture into modern logo design, enriching contemporary design concepts and methodologies and promoting the development of logos with Chinese characteristics. Using the "Tomato Commune" logo design as a case study, this research proposes a logo design method characterized by "circle" culture.
