Information For Authors

Authors should refer to the About the Journal page for the journal's policies on authorship, peer review, research ethics, AI use, plagiarism, copyright, indexing, and related matters.

1.0 Abstract Submission and Invitation to Submit a Full Paper
For conference-linked publications, authors will be required to submit an abstract before being invited to submit a full paper. Abstracts are assessed through the applicable conference process, and only approved abstracts may proceed to full-paper submission where this requirement applies.
Conference-specific abstract templates, submission channels, required forms, fees, deadlines, and procedures are provided on the relevant conference website.

2.0 Review and Revision
Papers submitted by the specified deadlines will be peer-reviewed.
Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts.
Revised manuscripts should follow the instructions provided with the review decision.

3.0 Final Manuscript
Revised/amended papers must be submitted in the required final format and within the specified deadline.
Conference-specific final-submission instructions are provided by the relevant conference.

4.0 Publication
Only revised/amended papers that meet the requirements following the peer-review process will proceed through the E-BPJ publication process.

5.0 Chargeable Fees
The publication process involve non-refundable fees at different stages. Applicable fees, payment instructions, and amounts are specified by the relevant conference and/or publication arrangements.

  1. Fees paid are not a guarantee that papers will be published.
  2. Only abstracts accepted through the relevant conference process will be invited to submit a full paper.
  3. Only revised/amended papers submitted in response to peer-review comments will be considered for final publication.
  4. A formatting surcharge applies where additional formatting work is required.
  5. Applicable fee amounts and payment instructions are provided on the website of the relevant conference.
