Abstract

A questionnaire is developed to explore the determinants of business sustainability among women micro-entrepreneurs in the East Coast of Peninsular Malaysia. The theoretical model is underpinned by the Resource-Based View and Knowledge-Based View, where Green Knowledge Management plays a mediating role in the association between financial literacy, entrepreneurial competence, digital inclusion, governmental support, and business sustainability. A pilot survey of 116 respondents using a self-administered questionnaire was conducted. Reliability and validity were measured using Cronbach's alpha. Satisfactory reliability (α > 0.70) and sampling adequacy were confirmed in all constructs, and low-loading items were eliminated.
