Abstract

The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) explains technology adoption intentions. However, it offers limited attention to personal knowledge capabilities required for actual use. Correspondingly, this study aims to examine how Personal Knowledge Management (PKM) influences use behaviour of digital workplace tools among manufacturing employees. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey from 323 employees in Selangor and analysed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings reveal that PKM has a strong and significant effect on use behaviour (β=0.398, p<0.05). Implications include recommendations for digital upskilling programmes, limitations, and directing future research.
