Abstract

Research has shown that TVET provides a number of advantages. It is crucial to evaluate TVET's curriculum and career perspectives to understand how to manage work-based learning strategically and efficiently. This study uses a qualitative method, such as in-depth interviews, to learn how respondents felt about TVET. As a result, the research confirms the importance of the strategic efficiency of a work-based learning style, which relates to students' and alumni's perception of TVET as a potential skilled workforce scheme and entrepreneurship capability. The study reflects the latest position of effected group in non-intensive industrial and medium-income states.
