Thermal–Spatial Strategies for Rural Dwellings: Environment–Behaviour Nexus in Northern China

中国北方农村的快速转型给不断变化的气候条件带来了热适应和居住满意度方面的挑战。本研究探讨了农村住宅的空间布局、建筑材料、庭院设计以及居住者行为适应之间的关系。研究采用问卷调查法,收集了393份有效问卷,并运用偏最小二乘结构方程模型(PLS-SEM)分析了住宅类型、热舒适度和居住满意度之间的联系。结果表明,住宅类型显著影响空间布局、庭院性能和热舒适度。此外,空间布局在居住满意度方面起着中介作用。这些发现支持制定适应气候变化的农村住宅策略,将被动式设计特点与行为适应相结合。
