E-BPJ is published by e-International Publishing House, Ltd. (e-IPH), a company registered in England and Wales (company no. 10062603). e-IPH is responsible for publishing infrastructure, hosting, metadata, production and preservation.

E-BPJ is sponsored and academically endorsed by the Association of Malaysian Environment-Behaviour Researchers (AMER), which organises the conferences the journal publishes and appoints and oversees the editorial board.
