OFFICIAL EDITORIAL NOTICE TO ALL CONTRIBUTING AUTHORS & RESEARCH MANAGEMENT CENTERS
Date: 27 Jul 2026
Dear E-BPJ Authors and Institutional Affiliates,
The Editorial Team of the Association of Malaysian Environment-Behaviour Researchers (AMER) wishes to provide an official update regarding the indexing pipeline for recent volumes of the Environment-Behaviour Proceedings Journal (E-BPJ), specifically Vol. 11, No. 35 (Jan 2026), No. 36 (Apr 2026), and No. 37 (Jun 2026).
Following a strategic policy shift by Clarivate Analytics on February 27, 2026, E-BPJ has transitioned from an automatic journal-level coverage model to an independent, volume-by-volume Conference Proceedings Citation Index (CPCI) evaluation framework. Under this new protocol, Clarivate evaluates each published volume individually against its 26 core criteria.
Current Evaluation Roadmap:
- Vol. 11, No. 35 (Jan 2026): Fully submitted on April 14, 2026. Clarivate Editorial Relations confirmed on May 20, 2026, that it is actively in the queue awaiting final editorial sign-off.
- Vol. 11, No. 36 & 37 (2026): Submitted sequentially in July 2026 as per Clarivate's volume-by-volume processing guidelines.
Academic Integrity & Compliance Guarantee:
The Editorial Team guarantees that all papers published in Volume 11 adhere strictly to the highest standards of international academic rigor:
- 100% of papers maintain CrossMark metadata integrity.
- All regional papers feature mandatory international co-authorship.
- Peer review is strictly overseen by our transparent, internationally diverse International Scientific Committee (ISC) / Editorial Team.
We are fully aware of the strict graduation, funding, and MyRA KPIs tied to these publications across Malaysian and international universities. Because the current delay is purely administrative on Clarivate's end due to high submission volumes, we respectfully request university RMCs, Senate Panels, and Graduate Schools to grant a formal administrative grace period to authors of these volumes.
The original publication records on our portal are legally binding, peer-reviewed, and valid. We will update the academic community the exact moment Clarivate completes the volume-by-volume index refresh.
Sincerely,
Editor-in-Chief
For The Editorial Team
