Social entrepreneurship is essential for Malaysia's economic growth and sustainable development, as it addresses social and environmental issues. While existing literature often emphasizes financial-related factors affecting sustainability, this study conducted in-depth interviews with four accredited social enterprises to identify equally important key sustainability factors. The findings revealed essential themes: empowerment, steadfast intention, resilience, and strategic thinking. These insights provide a comprehensive understanding of the diverse factors enabling Malaysian social enterprises to maintain their positive impacts beyond merely financial considerations.
