Developing Parameters of Halal Slaughterhouse Certificate based on Maqasid Shariah

The study developed parameters for Halal slaughterhouse certification, integrating traditional Islamic values with modern safety practices. It found that religion preservation aligns with Halal slaughter requirements, while life preservation ensures food safety, hygiene, staff welfare, and poultry health. The findings suggest strengthening the Halal certification system for global industry needs.
